i got nothing on the viewer
ran a trace to a couple IPs listed in here, timeout on level3 london
running netstat command returned nothing
edit: east coast US

If you are having issues - just sit tight and it should get sorted soon (if you have posted the IP of the server that you are connected to).

i'm going to guess that it is Level (3)
i did some loose troubleshooting and it looks like (unless i'm crazy) they are having some crazy routing issues across the board right now.

Same country, same ISP (Bredbandsbolaget is pretty much the same as TeleNor btw)
I'm pretty certain that its my ISP that is the problem this time. Not that unusual unfortunately.
are you sure it's your isp and not your isp's isp, or your isp's isp's isp?

I have heard from a couple of sources (outside of here) now that there are some routing issues for a couple of ISPs routing in Europe, but really cannot say how this is affecting the stream and who it affects.
honestly if the issue isn't on level3 they should be able to tell you who's network isn't propagating the traffic.
i've tried to route out to most of the ip's listed in here, and a majority are dying on one of l3's berlin routers. i've seen a couple in london (like i said earlier), i've even seen a couple die on some backbone routers (copenhagen i think)
whether it's their issue there; some supernet route / tie down sucking in everything
or route not being learned from 3rd party, 3rd party network not responding / propagating i can't tell from where i am
but for people effected i wouldn't go axing your isp until you know where the fault is 
i'm effected and i'm coming from roadrunner in U.S. (rr to l3)
